Krispy Kreme: Hot. App. Now.

Krispy Kreme just launched its first mobile delivery application here in the Philippines, with the help of Mobext. The launch happened at the Bonifacio Global High Street branch with several bloggers.

Krispy Kreme BGC gave us a tour around their kitchen (and even let us make our own donut!), hosted exciting games, and provided us doughnut-tasting of their newest variety, the S’Mores and Salt Chocolate.

Personally, I lo-o-o-ved the S’mores doughnuts.

The Krispy Kreme mobile app is now available for download on Google Play for Android phones and on iTunes for iOS phones. It’s quite straight forward and easy to use. You can order from Krispy Kreme’s in-app menu and have it delivered (to selected areas only), earn a stamp for every 150 peso purchase in-store and get in-app rewards when you collect more, check if you have coupons in the “Rewards” page and redeem them in any KK stores near you.

To be able to order, your transaction must have a minimum amount of 500 pesos, and you can pay by cash or credit card. The delivery time is anytime between 8am to 8pm on these days and locations:

Monday – Saturday: Makati CBD

Monday – Sunday: Ortigas CBD, Greenhills & San Juan City, McKinley Hill in Taguig City, Malate/Macapagal Blvd, Araneta Center Cubao, Ayala Alabang, Harbor Square

Monday – Sunday (including public holidays): Bonifacio Global City

Krispy Kreme accept same-day delivery and advanced orders (except during extreme weather conditions). Yes, you can pre-order doughnuts now and have them delivered to you on a specified date.

When you order, a confirmation is sent via email and a Customer Care Specialist will call to give an update on the order.

With Krispy Kreme’s mobile app, KK fans can also be among the first to know the latest news at Krispy Kreme, from tie-ups to new products and promos. “With this innovation from Krispy Kreme, we aim to reach out to more customers and further strengthen their brand experience with a more fun, exciting and interactive way to enjoy and share their favorite Krispy Kreme delights” shared Ariane M. Valinton, Marketing for Krispy Kreme Philippines.

I got to experience their application first-hand during the launch. I ordered two dozen doughnuts and had it delivered to me while I was in the BGC store during the launch.

It was actually awkward that while I was on the phone with my mom, they announced that the first delivery is available already, and that delivery was mine!

Look how happy I was. I really was happy! Very. Who wouldn’t want to get yummy Krispy Kreme doughnuts anyway? It’s a joy in a box! Get your hot app now!
